Greetings readers I hope you all had a wonderful weekend such as I 🙂 Lol lately I have been reading articles and answering questions about how you forge through from past and present issues of bullying, betrayal and double dealing ! I can go on and on however, these three categories are the main confident killers. These types of downers can cause you to feel lack of motivation, lack of energy also you can loose lack of time because you will become sluggish and not feeling like you are enough to move forward. The biggest issue that 85% of people go through in life is action caused by treachery or deceit that is defined by cheating, and deceit, like the treachery of your former friend who only stuck around until he/she stole your girlfriend/boyfriend, company records, and turned the whole grade against you. What was an interesting read per the CDC A higher percentage of male than of female students report being physically bullied (6% vs. 4%), whereas a higher percentage of female than of male students reported being the subjects of rumors (18% vs. 9%) and being excluded from activities on purpose (7% vs. 4%) and when it comes to Betrayal reading the article from pubmed, the sense of being harmed by the intentional actions or omissions of a trusted person. The most common forms of betrayal are harmful disclosures of confidential information, disloyalty, infidelity, dishonesty. They can be traumatic and cause considerable distress and this I know for myself been their and someone did that. Being a mentor I always express my empathy when I hear about all of the listed concerns stated above and I do feel the only way for you to move forward is to acknowledge the issue first, forgive the past, and move forward in the future.

My previous interview with Tonia Shimin, who I had a great conversation with about her father who was a Muralist and Painter of Justice and children’s book illustrator Left His Mark and a *> *Legacy that Resonates Today*It was created by a man who was also equally one-of-a-kind. Whose life> could rival the drama in that storied film. And who stood for those> less-favored by an America of the mid-20th century — poor children, people> of color and the beaten — in his fine art. It was inspiring to hear her story how her father put his pain in his work as a defiant warrior through his work and was adamant to share his unapologetic quotes and art with the world. Today his daughter who is an dancer Tonia Shimin, who has performed in the companies of Martha Graham, Jose
Limón, Pearl Lang, The Ypsilanti Greek Theater and as a soloist with Anna Sokolow’s Player’s Project, Mary Anthony Dance Theater and Repertory West Dance Company. She has had an extensive teaching career in the United
