We are coming to the nexted chapter in our lives as we prepare to shut the door on 2021 and invite the hand claps for 2022 LOL..did you know Creating a healthy working environment between employees and their organization includes implementing promotional healthy programs that encourages each individual mentally and emotionally. Promoting employees into leadership responsibilities gives a remarkable outcome of transformation of having a non toxic work place and sends a message culturally. Keeping your employees engaged and informed promotes a fun environment. Leaders can maintain a healthy work environment by reducing absenteeism and turnover and medical claims in it’s ever changing work environment. Leaders should model openness that gives the opportunity for employees to learn and fail without putting the company in danger. Leaders can also create a safe environment by its policy and procedures implementing never place blame, do not interrupt each other negatively, and never judge someone by their opinion. Leaders can support health and wellness advocacy, this stance will be fostering a great company culture as we all continue to live amongst the virus’s that have became a part of our lives:( also How is the Omicron variant of COVID-19 different? Scientists from South Africa also believe omicron may lead to more cases of reinfection in people who’ve already had COVID-19. Omicron has more mutations on its spike protein than the delta variant does, but whether that means anything remains to be seen. And remember to all you single people who should be aware that Respiratory droplets, saliva, and fluids from your nose are known to spread COVID-19 and could be around during sexual contact. While kissing or during sexual intercourse, you are in close contact with someone and can spread COVID-19 through droplets or saliva however the good news is… If both of you are healthy and feeling well, are practicing social distancing and have had no known exposure to anyone with COVID-19, touching, hugging, kissing, and sex are more likely to be safe. Similarly, sharing a bed with a partner who is healthy should not be an issue. Per UNICEF Organization who states that the most important thing you can do is reduce your risk of exposure to the virus. To protect yourself and your loved ones, make sure to:

Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth. Make sure that your hands are clean when you put on and remove your mask.
Keep a physical distance of at least 1 metre from others.
Avoid poorly ventilated or crowded spaces.
Open windows to improve ventilation indoors.
Wash your hands regularly.
When it’s your turn, get vaccinated. WHO-approved COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective.
