Greetings readers I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend, have you taken notice that we are in a changing world of re-occurring issues that have either taught you how to become pro active in order to thrive in the midst of chaos. I have been reading from one of my social media sites and I was asked questions in regards to how to deal with bullies who either family members, at school or the work place. At 65 Max foundation we continue to have these on going discussions of nasty rumors – especially involving sexual gossip. Additionally, girls are more likely to use exclusion as teenage bullying technique than boys are. I have suggested it is best to cut off the line of communication by deleting or blocking how that individual can attack , and never give your energy to someone who lacks the common understanding that is unhealthy and toxic. All Roads Lead 65 Max Foundation will have a program that is in direct response to the growing number of young girls that are falling through the cracks at school or are already entangled with the juvenile court system. The focus is primarily on middle and high school youths. We have projected that within three to four years 50% of the system’s students will be in middle school, this age group is particularly a perfect time for mentoring to be effective on their life. Over time their will be over 10-50 girls who will instill a learning environment that would help each individual to learn life skills that are a invaluable resource for our young girls and inspiring mentors, within our community and abroad.

Through repeated failures in the homes and in the classroom, the development of destructive habits at risk girls follow at times 🙁 are important to us 🙂 these young people have lost faith and hope, or having the possibilities that await them if they have dreams of being successful in putting their lives together, or who is striving To accomplish any goal. Young adolescents must be in a caring, inclusive learning environment that promotes their best effort and reinforces self respect, Integrity having a personal respect for themselves and those they love. Throughout my personal life I have gone through many challenges and obstacles however, I am still moving forward experiencing life changes in my professional life that are not unavoidable or in the work place. I call these changes process and growth changes, including failure that has been a positive and negative outcome. Never be afraid to ask yourself how can I grasp my experience and write a poem to that affect ? The measure of a great leader has much less to do with how you define your role, it is more about their actual impact on others.
Qualities of a great leader who will have Resilience, Transparency and emotional Intelligence are the main factors that make a successful leader and I do believe Poets are individuals who has this powerful gift is good for the human race, being able to give clarity and to help others to understanding their awakening is what the world needs, I thank you for sharing your gift. I am the author of the new book ‘A Journey of a Sapphire’ you have to get a copy of the book, how to recognize behavioral problems ,it is based on my true story of how I had overcame adversity. I am very excited because, on my journey I have experienced envy, jealousy and trolling. I am so focused I do not have the time to indulged what does not serve me and this is a ritual I have. You would be either ignored or deleted ! and I have made it a habit to explain this to girls at the foundation. Social anxiety disorder is a persistent fear of one or more social situations where embarrassment, doubt or envy from the person who is trolling may occur and the fear or anxiety is out of proportion to the actual threat posed by the social situation as determined by the person’s cultural norms. As always beautiful (s) I have finally reached my destination and I leave you with the quote of the day LOL also do stay safe and I hope you are making Dr. Martin Luther King day 🙂 to be one of your great days as well ! to become one of your inspiring days such as I.
